Make a list of the people you would like to reach out to. Start with ten, just to get a feel for it.
Make a list of actions you would like to mobilize different people to do. (Scroll down for ideas.)
Once each person has completed their action, ask them to reach out to their network.

People you have a relationship with. The goal is to get people to read the message because they know you.
Democrats vs. Republicans? This is up to you. 100% voter turnout is ideal, but sometimes you can focus on people who will respond to your request.
Local or Long-Distance? It depends on what your call-to-action is.
You can even sort your list based on where people live, for example, you can call all your friends in Texas.
